Technical specifications, including but not limited to marking speed, positioning accuracy, laser power, and process parameters, are nominal values measured under controlled laboratory conditions. Actual performance in your production environment may vary depending on substrate material, ambient conditions, system configuration, and other application-specific factors. Published application data and parameter recommendations are provided as starting points for your evaluation and do not constitute a guarantee of results.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
